Concorde last night time take off to New York.
A huge crowd turned out to watch her on a very cold but breathtaking evening at London Heathrow. The sound and sight was awesome as she flew past us at the end of the runway and through the trees. Were you there too?

March 7, 1993 – My flight from Washington Dulles to London Heathrow aboard the British Airways Concorde. This was shot with Sony Hi8 camera on a SteadiCam. The pilot was so fascinated with the SteadiCam that he invited me into the cockpit. This was the experience of a lifetime! The return flight is also here on youtube. Search for London to Washington.
